Hey, grappling enthusiasts! 📣 Are you ready for the most exciting, adrenaline-pumping, and unforgettable experience of your life? 💥 The ADCC US Open is coming to Denver, CO on Saturday, May 13, 2023! 📅 This event is an incredible opportunity for all levels of grapplers, from kids to masters and beginners to advanced, to showcase their skills and compete in the prestigious ADCC Opens 🏅
⌛Important Dates:
$125 registration until April 30
$150 registration until May 12
$75 to add additional divisions
Last day to cancel for a credit (no refunds): Sunday, May 7 at 11:59pm local time (MT)
Registration closes: Friday, May 12 at 12:00pm MT, or when we reach maximum capacity of 1,200 competitors total, whichever happens first
Registration correction deadline: Friday, May 12 at 12:00pm MT
⚖️Weigh-ins:
Friday, May 12, 2023, at the venue (time TBD)
Email [email protected] if you need same-day weigh-in options
Maximum of 0.5kg (1.1lbs) weight allowance
🌍Who can compete: ADCC Opens are open to everyone, regardless of age, skill level, or country 🌐 You don't need to qualify to compete in ADCC Opens 👏
🔧Corrections & Cancellations: For registration corrections, log into your Smoothcomp account or email [email protected] with your full name and the correction
💵Refund Policy: Registration fees are non-refundable, but competitors may request credit toward a future tournament up to 5 days prior to registration closing if they're unable to compete due to illness, injury, or bereavement. Refunds are only offered if a suitable match cannot be found 🔄

Double elimination (at least two matches guaranteed) 🥊
Compete for third place (no double bronze) 🥉
🏋️♀️Absolute Divisions:
One women's and one men's absolute division open to all ranks, weights, and above at 18 years old
Single elimination for absolute divisions
⏱️Match Lengths:
Kids, teens, juveniles: 4 minutes
Adults: 6 minutes
Masters: 5 minutes
👨👩👧👦Coaches & Spectators:
Spectator tickets: $20
Coaches must purchase a spectator pass
Advance purchase at adcctix.com (no refunds)
Spectator tickets also available at the door by credit card (no cash)
🚫Not Allowed at ADCC Events:
Closeouts: Teammates or friends not having a real match if they meet in a bracket
Sandbagging: Signing up for a lower skill level or younger age group (masters signing up for adult is permitted)
Violations may result in a permanent ban from all ADCC events, even on the first offense 🚫
